Политика
конфиденциальности персональной информации (далее — Политика) действует в
отношении всей информации, которую ИП Липко Е.А. (далее — ИП), могут получить о
Пользователе во время использования им любого из сайтов, сервисов, служб,
программ, продуктов или услуг ИП (далее — Сервисы) и в ходе исполнения ИП любых
соглашений и договоров с Пользователем. Согласие Пользователя с Политикой,
выраженное им в рамках отношений с одним из перечисленных лиц, распространяется
на все остальные перечисленные лица.
Использование
Сервисов означает безоговорочное согласие Пользователя с настоящей Политикой и
указанными в ней условиями обработки его персональной информации; в случае
несогласия с этими условиями Пользователь должен воздержаться от использования
Сервисов.
1. Персональная информация Пользователей, которую обрабатывает ИП
1.1.
В рамках настоящей Политики под «персональной информацией Пользователя»
понимаются:
1.1.1.
Персональная информация, которую Пользователь предоставляет о себе
самостоятельно при регистрации (создании учётной записи) или в процессе
использования Сервисов, включая персональные данные Пользователя. Обязательная
для предоставления Сервисов информация помечена специальным образом. Иная
информация предоставляется Пользователем на его усмотрение.
1.1.2.
Данные, которые автоматически передаются Сервисам в процессе их использования с
помощью установленного на устройстве Пользователя программного обеспечения, в
том числе IP-адрес, данные файлов cookie, информация о браузере Пользователя
(или иной программе, с помощью которой осуществляется доступ к Сервисам),
технические характеристики оборудования и программного обеспечения,
используемых Пользователем, дата и время доступа к Сервисам, адреса
запрашиваемых страниц и иная подобная информация.
1.1.3.
Иная информация о Пользователе, обработка которой предусмотрена условиями
использования отдельных Сервисов.
1.2.
Настоящая Политика применима только к информации, обрабатываемой в ходе
использования Сервисов. ИП не контролирует и не несет ответственность за обработку
информации сайтами третьих лиц, на которые Пользователь может перейти по
ссылкам, доступным в Сервисе, в том числе в результатах поиска.
1.3.
ИП не проверяет достоверность персональной информации, предоставляемой
Пользователем, и не имеет возможности оценивать его дееспособность. Однако ИП
исходит из того, что пользователь предоставляет достоверную и достаточную
персональную информацию и поддерживает эту информацию в актуальном состоянии.
2. Цели обработки персональной информации Пользователей
2.1.
ИП собирает и хранит только ту персональную информацию, которая необходима для
предоставления Сервисов или исполнения соглашений и договоров с Пользователем,
за исключением случаев, когда законодательством предусмотрено обязательное
хранение персональной информации в течение определенного законом срока.
2.2.
Персональную информацию Пользователя ИП обрабатывает в следующих целях:
2.2.1.
Идентификация стороны в рамках Сервисов, соглашений и договоров с ИП;
2.2.2.
Предоставление Пользователю персонализированных Сервисов и исполнение
соглашений и договоров;
2.2.3.
Связь с Пользователем, в том числе направление уведомлений, запросов и
информации, касающихся использования Сервисов, исполнения соглашений и
договоров, а также обработка запросов и заявок от Пользователя;
2.2.4.
Улучшение качества Сервисов, удобства их использования, разработка новых
Сервисов;
2.2.5.
Таргетирование рекламных материалов;
2.2.6.
Проведение статистических и иных исследований на основе обезличенных данных.
3. Условия обработки персональной информации Пользователей и её
передачи третьим лицам
3.1.
ИП хранит персональную информацию Пользователей в соответствии с внутренними
регламентами конкретных сервисов.
3.2.
В отношении персональной информации Пользователя сохраняется ее
конфиденциальность, кроме случаев добровольного предоставления Пользователем
информации о себе для общего доступа неограниченному кругу лиц. При
использовании отдельных Сервисов, Пользователь соглашается с тем, что
определённая часть его персональной информации становится общедоступной.
3.3.
ИП вправе передать персональную информацию Пользователя третьим лицам в
следующих случаях:
3.3.1.
Пользователь выразил согласие на такие действия;
3.3.2.
Передача необходима для использования Пользователем определенного Сервиса либо
для исполнения определенного соглашения или договора с Пользователем;
3.3.3.
В целях обеспечения возможности защиты прав и законных интересов ИП или третьих
лиц в случаях, когда Пользователь нарушает Пользовательское соглашение
сервисов, настоящую Политику, либо документы, содержащие условия использования
конкретных Сервисов.
3.3.4.
В результате обработки персональной информации Пользователя путем ее
обезличивания получены обезличенные статистические данные, которые передаются
третьему лицу для проведения исследований, выполнения работ или оказания услуг
по поручению ИП.
4. Изменение и удаление персональной информации. Обязательное
хранение данных
4.1.
Пользователь также может удалить предоставленную им в рамках определенной
учетной записи персональную информацию, воспользовавшись функцией «Удалить
приложение» в разделе «Приложения». При этом удаление аккаунта может повлечь
невозможность использования некоторых Сервисов ИП.
5. Обработка персональной информации при помощи файлов Cookie и
счетчиков
5.1.
Файлы cookie, передаваемые ИП оборудованию Пользователя и оборудованием
Пользователя ИП, могут использоваться ИП для предоставления Пользователю
персонализированных Сервисов, для таргетирования рекламы, которая показывается
Пользователю, в статистических и исследовательских целях, а также для улучшения
Сервисов ИП.
5.2.
Пользователь осознает, что оборудование и программное обеспечение, используемые
им для посещения сайтов в сети интернет могут обладать функцией запрещения
операций с файлами cookie (для любых сайтов или для определенных сайтов), а
также удаления ранее полученных файлов cookie.
5.3.
ИП вправе установить, что предоставление определенного Сервиса возможно лишь
при условии, что прием и получение файлов cookie разрешены Пользователем.
5.4.
Структура файла cookie, его содержание и технические параметры определяются ИП
и могут изменяться без предварительного уведомления Пользователя.
6. Меры, применяемые для защиты персональной информации
Пользователя
6.1.
ИП принимает необходимые и достаточные организационные и технические меры для
защиты персональной информации Пользователя от неправомерного или случайного
доступа, уничтожения, изменения, блокирования, копирования, распространения, а
также от иных неправомерных действий с ней третьих лиц.
7. Изменение Политики конфиденциальности. Применимое
законодательство
7.1.
ИП имеет право вносить изменения в настоящую Политику конфиденциальности. При
внесении изменений в актуальной редакции указывается дата последнего
обновления. Новая редакция Политики вступает в силу с момента ее размещения,
если иное не предусмотрено новой редакцией Политики.
7.2.
К настоящей Политике и отношениям между Пользователем и ИП, возникающим в связи
с применением Политики конфиденциальности, подлежит применению право Республики
Беларусь.
8. Обратная связь. Вопросы и предложения
8.1.
Все предложения или вопросы по поводу настоящей Политики Пользователь вправе
направлять в Службу поддержки пользователей ИП, либо по адресу 220026, Минск,
ул. Айвазовского, 1-2, ИП Липко Е.А..

to as the IP ), can receive about the User during the use of any of the sites,

, information about the User's browser (or other program through which the
Services are accessed), technical characteristics of the hardware and software
used by the User, the date and time of access to the Services, the addresses of
the requested pages and other similar information.
1.1.3. Other information
about the User, the processing of which is provided for by the terms of use of
individual Services .
1.2. This Policy applies only to information processed in the course of
using the Services. The SP does not control and is not responsible for the
processing of information by third-party sites to which the User can click on
the links available in the Service , including in search results.
1.3. The SP does not verify the accuracy of the personal information
provided by the User, and does not have the ability to assess his legal
capacity. However, the SP proceeds from the fact that the user provides
reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to
date.
2. Purpose of processing personal information of Users
2.1. The SP collects and stores only that personal information that is
necessary for the provision of the Services or the execution of agreements and
contracts with the User, except for cases when the legislation provides for the
mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.
2.2. The SP processes the User's personal information for the following
purposes:
2.2.1. Identification of the
party within the framework of the Services, agreements and contracts with the
individual entrepreneur ;
2.2.2. Providing the User
with personalized Services and the execution of agreements and contracts;
2.2.3. Communication with the
User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the
use of the Services, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as
processing requests and applications from the User;
2.2.4. Improving the quality
of the Services, ease of use, development of new Services;
2.2.5. Targeting advertising
materials;
2.2.6. Conducting statistical
and other studies based on anonymized data.
3. Conditions for processing personal information of
Users and its transfer to third parties
3.1. SP stores personal information of Users in accordance with the
internal regulations of specific services.
3.2. With regard to the User's personal information, its confidentiality
is preserved, except for cases of voluntary provision by the User of
information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.
When using certain Services, the User agrees that a certain part of his
personal information becomes publicly available.
3.3. The SP has the right to transfer the User's personal information to
third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. The user has agreed to
such actions;
3.3.2. The transfer is
necessary for the User to use a specific Service or to fulfill a specific
agreement or contract with the User;
3.3.3 . In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and
legitimate interests of individual entrepreneurs or third parties in cases
where the User violates the User Agreement for services, this Policy, or
documents containing the terms of use of specific Services.
3.3.4 . As a result of the processing of the User's personal information
through its depersonalization, anonymized statistical data were obtained, which

4. Change and removal of personal information.

6. Measures used to protect the personal information
of the User
6.1. The SP takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and
technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized
or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying,
distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable law
7.1. SP has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When
making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update is
indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is
posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
7.2. The law of the Republic of Belarus shall apply to this Policy and
the relationship between the User and the individual entrepreneur arising in
connection with the application of the Privacy Policy .
8. Feedback. Questions and suggestions
8.1. The User has the right to send all suggestions or questions

La política de privacidad de la información personal (en
adelante, la Política) se aplica a toda la información que IE
Lipko E.A. (en adelante, la IP ), puede recibir información sobre el

los que el Usuario puede hacer clic en los enlaces disponibles en el Servicio ,

1.3. El empresario individual no verifica la exactitud de la
información personal proporcionada por el Usuario y no tiene la
capacidad de evaluar su capacidad legal. Sin embargo, el SP se basa en el hecho
de que el usuario proporciona información personal confiable y
suficiente y mantiene esta información actualizada.
2. Finalidad del tratamiento de la información
personal de los Usuarios
2.1. El SP recopila y almacena solo la información personal que

de acuerdos y contratos con el Usuario, excepto en los casos en que la
legislación prevé el almacenamiento obligatorio de información

empresario individual ;

Usuario Servicios personalizados y la ejecución de acuerdos y contratos;

información sobre el uso de los Servicios, la ejecución de

3.3. El SP tiene derecho a transferir la información personal del
Usuario a terceros en los siguientes casos:
3.3.1. El usuario ha dado su
consentimiento para tales acciones;
3.3.2. La transferencia es
necesaria para que el Usuario utilice un Servicio específico o para
cumplir con un acuerdo o contrato específico con el Usuario;

por la IP y pueden ser modificados sin previo aviso al Usuario.
6. Medidas
utilizadas para proteger la información personal del Usuario
6.1. El SP toma las medidas
organizativas y técnicas necesarias y suficientes para proteger la
información personal del Usuario del acceso no autorizado o accidental,
destrucción, modificación, bloqueo, copia, distribución,
así como de otras acciones ilegales de terceros con ella.
7. Cambios
en la Política de privacidad. Ley aplicable
7.1. El SP tiene derecho a
realizar cambios en esta Política de privacidad. Al realizar cambios en
la edición actual, se indica la fecha de la última
actualización. La nueva versión de la Política entra en
vigor desde el momento en que se publica, a menos que la nueva versión
de la Política disponga lo contrario.
7.2. La ley de la
República de Bielorrusia se aplicará a esta Política y la
relación entre el Usuario y el empresario individual que surja en
relación con la aplicación de la Política de Privacidad .
